This is a lesson on the polishing your interview skills and creating your resume. The Aberdeen faculty is prepared to help students write their resumes and to give them some practice with interviews. These skills will help them as they prepare to look for employment opportunities. Date: March 18, 2026 Time: 2:10PM - 3:10PM Location: Media Center

HCPS Educators Honored at NMTC Visionary Awards
Three Harford County Public Schools educators were recently recognized at the 2026 Northeastern Maryland Technology Council Visionary Awards. Melissa Dethlefson, Career Coaching Coordinator; Shomari Zachary, P-TECH Coordinator; and Tim Pistel, Career Navigator, were all honored in the Mentor category for going above and beyond to inspire students and create meaningful STEM career experiences. Congratulations to all three on this well-deserved recognition!

This is a lesson on the basics of purchasing a car. APGFCU has partnered with Adulting 101 to teach students the ins and outs of purchasing a vehicle. Your student will have the opportunity to learn how to sign their name in cursive, address an envelope and mail home a letter, as well as, drafting a professional email.
